Made a few deposits and everything seemed fine, but then came the matter of withdrawing funds... I made a withdraw request on Tuesday and now it's Saturday and the withdraw isn't even processed yet. Chat says everything is fine, but don't give me any detailed information. I asked for compensation for breach of TC (states that all transactions are processed in 3 business days), but it was shot down. On top of it all: 24/7 chat stated that transactions are "tried" to be processed in 3 days, but the TC states that transaction "are" processed in 3 days.
