This is the worst online casino I have played on. First, to make a withdrawal, it takes 3 days just for them to look at it, let alone process your funds. Second, you can only withdraw 750 a day...seriously? Third, you cannot verify until they ask you for verification; therefore, your first withdrawal could take weeks to months, depending on when they decide to verify you. I have to wonder if anyone actually receives their winnings or if the casino just keeps people's money for themselves. As an avid casino player, I find this site to be more of a scam site than a legit casino. The rating on this site does not reflect the true rating this casino should have. I wouldn't rate it a 1 out of 10 and would tell everyone to stay far away from this site. Support is awful, withdrawal times and amounts are subpar to any casino I have ever played. As an A-lister on other sites, I find this casino to be lacking in almost every area. Don't waste your money or your time playing on this site. I don't really know why this casino has such a good rating in casino guru. I sign up through casino guru and now I'm regretted. More than 4 days has past since I requested a 500€ withdrawal and they still ask for patience. Lmfao

Easy to deposit, extremely difficult to withdraw. Website states upto 3 business days to approve withdrawals, its now been 9 days (amended now been 11 days and still "processing") with no no change to "processing"status on my withdrawal.
