My recent experience is a freaking disaster and their Support is awful. They basically stole my money. I made a withdrawl of €150 in ETH, but the payment never arrived in my wallet, even though the correct address was used and everything was double-checked on the blockchain and with my wallet provider. We don’t know what happened (the address *was* correct), and I don’t blame the casino for this. I don't know, I guess it happens or maybe they made a mistake, we'll never know.
