Therefore, I never played with that money. I then contacted live chat support, who said he would look into my issue. He asked me to send screenshots of my bank statement, which I did immediately. But after I sent everything, I waited over 40 minutes – no response. Tyler presumably disappeared on his coffee break and simply didn't get back to me. For a reputable casino, this is really not good customer service, especially when money is involved. I hope the issue will be resolved—but at the moment, I'm quite disappointed.
