Once again, I find it hard to grasp the previous reviews and can't quite agree with CasinoGuru's high score, which isn't something I usually do ;-) Like all Altacore casinos, they unfortunately have this not very clearly communicated 10x bonus winning limit. I made a deposit, and they credited it as bonus money even though I didn't opt for any bonus. When I reached out to customer support to cancel it, I was met with a rude response, insisting I had to play through the bonus or they would just wipe my entire balance. Essentially, I ended up throwing my money away, which might have been a better plan since I could use some warmth with the current heating expenses.
