I am writing this to warn other players about a confirmed technical malfunction at CryptoCasino.com. I am a high-volume player with over 130,000 XP. Their technical malfunction costed me about 10.000 USDT - 20.000 USDT. I don't know exact number because turns out their history bar does not work for last year. I never got the money which I wasn't able to wager due to their "flawed" wager system. In e-mail correspondence they just stopped answering. Complete scammers. I have official email correspondence from the site Administrator (Johnny) where he explicitly confesses that their reward and wagering system is "flawed." His exact words were: "The way that coin/bonus system behaves is… flawed. It’s technically written into the terms. No, that doesn’t make it a good player experience." He further stated that they are in the process of "changing it," not just tweaking it, because of these issues. Because of this "flawed" behavior, my 1x wagering rewards were voided by the system despite my generating over $130,000 in wagering volume.
