I think the absolutely fantastic support from the support team deserves special mention; they always help very quickly. What's been incredibly annoying me lately, though, is that due to restrictions, many of my favorite providers are no longer accessible at this casino! Hi I signed up to gamblezen. Wagered roughly £30 1x. Upon registering I made a slight error, setting my birth month as February when it should be January. So this made it impossible to verify myself automatically. I was told to contact their kyc team which I have, but I haven't had a reply in days now, so im not holding any hopes I will see this money. Regular support are good and they respond very fast. That's the only good thing I can say.

The minimum cashout is €50, and since I only play with crypto, I can only withdraw using this method. However, the maximum winnings from free spins are €40, so it is impossible to cash out the winnings and they are therefore worthless. The free spins are probably just meant to encourage players to deposit again, as the amount can't be withdrawn! A classic predatory casino that will refuse to reopen your account after you request a timeout period. They offer resposible gaming tools and beat their chest in their T&C's of how they are a big supporters of responsible gaming but if you dare to use those tools, they will just throw you into trash. I have been trying to eithdraw for 5+ days every time thry come up with a new verification document they need( they dont ask for all the documents in one email to try and drag out the whole withdrawl and make you waste the money) After supposedly finishing the verification I have been waiting for 48 hours and its still pending
