I registered at the casino on March 7th and played my own money and also my bonus money, so the 200FS (welcome bonus) remained unplayed. On March 8th, when I tried to log in to the casino, I received an error message, which I sent a screenshot of to the help desk. The response I received was "the matter is being investigated...and that you should try logging in incognito mode and clear your browser cache." I then got the same "the matter is being investigated, etc..." response every time I asked every few days why I couldn't log in. Sometimes the same response came in Finnish and sometimes in English. So no attempt was made to investigate the matter. On March 30th, I last asked about the matter and my message was not answered at all, meaning that the casino ultimately didn't want to find out why I couldn't log in anymore. So the promised 200FS from the welcome bonus remained unplayed. I can't recommend a casino like this if the customer service is at that level. Tätä samaa "asiaa selvitetään jne..." -vastausta sainkin sitten jatkossa joka kerta kun kysyin muutaman päivän välein miksi kirjautuminen ei onnistu. Välillä sama vastaus tuli suomeksi ja välillä englannin kielellä. Eli asiaa ei edes yritetty selvittää. 30.3. kysyin viimeksi asiaa ja siihen viestiini ei enää vastattu lainkaan eli kasino ei loppujen lopuksi halunnutkaan selvittää miksi en päässyt enää kirjautumaan. Tervetuloa-bonuksen luvatut 200FS jäivät siis pelaamatta. Ei voi kyllä suositella tällaista kasinoa, jos asiakaspalvelu on tuolla tasolla.
