I recognize I made a misstep, but they clearly violate their own guidelines. Their terms state that having multiple accounts is prohibited. As soon as I attempted to withdraw my winnings, they blocked all my accounts, confiscated my funds, and refused to pay me. What’s odd is that they only brought this up after taking all my deposits — conveniently right when I wanted to cash out. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a high level of unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend this site to anyone.
