The casino was good at first, I even withdrew money from there, but for a few months now I've been trying to make withdrawals and nothing. I tried to make a withdrawal of 300€ and I waited the 3 working days as they say you should and nothing, so I contacted the live chat and they told me that they were having problems with the financial department and that it could take some time, I waited and another week passed and I didn't receive the withdrawal, so I sent an email to support where they said the same thing, I waited and after 3 weeks of waiting my withdrawal was canceled and I couldn't withdraw the money. As I thought it was that month that you might be having problems I went there and deposited again where I managed to get 120€ but it's been 1 week and I haven't received anything, I contact chat and support and they just apologize for what happened and nobody solves anything. Tentei fazer um levantamento de 300€ e esperei os 3 dias úteis como eles dizem que se deve esperar e nada, então contactei o chat ao vivo ao que me disseram que estavam com problemas do departamento financeiro e que poderia levar algum tempo, eu esperei e passou mais 1 semana e nada de receber o levantamento, então mandei email para o suporte onde foi dito o mesmo, eu esperei e ao fazer 3 semanas de espera o meu levantamento foi cancelado e não consegui levantar o dinheiro. Eu como pensei que fosse aquele mês que poderias estar com problemas fui lá e voltei a depositar onde consegui tirar 120€ só que já faz 1 semana e nada de receber, contacto o chat e o suporte e só pedem desculpa pelo ocorrido e ninguém resolve nada.

Me contestaron que procesarán mi solicitud EN 3 DÍAS HABILES!! 😳 En definitiva, en líneas generales es uno de los peores casinos online en los que he jugado y, que conste, suelo participar en muchos y sólo lo hago jugando slots con dinero real y sin estar interesado en bonos ni nada de eso. The worst casino ever!!!!Scam!!! Stay away!! I registered on this site and checked available deposit and withdrawal methods first. Visa was available for both. Thats why i decided to play. I cant use wallets etc for gambling in my country. Now I wanted to request visa withdrawal and i got error message. After explaining chat operator he assured me that they have ongoing issue with visa and they will be able to process my request via bank transfer via email KYC email replied that they dont process email requests. As you can see this site clearly doesnt deserve the rating 7. Please change it accordingly.
