I was expecting better from Tsars Casino. Being one of the top leaders in the gambling industry, and with the great feedback it has received so far, my first experience has been quite rocky with them. I had deposit using a Mastercard credit card, won 90 euro. I waited 7 days for the withdrawal to arrive, talking to the customer care everyday and confirming that my withdrawal is being processed and everything. But I waited 7 days, I asked the rep to check with the relevant department about my delay in withdrawal. Was told that my funds were bounced by my bank but my bank denied that any requests were made by them. Which had me anxious knowing that the casino said that they tried. After several emails trying to find out what happened, anxiously waiting, I was told that I need to change the card and deposit 20 again. I was very skeptical. But I had to do it. I wanted confirmation from their security team that I will receive my funds if I Re-deposited. I got the confirmation email, Used Skrill and had to wait an additional day for the withdrawal. It took 8 days in total. The process is very slow unfortunately. Some kind of small compensation for the anxiety and troubles would have been appreciated, but I guess at least the withdrawal fee was waived in this case.
